VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Papa Murphy's Holdings Inc. (FRSH) on Wednesday reported a loss of $639,000 in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Vancouver, Washington-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 7 cents per share.

The pizza chain posted revenue of $28.8 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $4.41. A year ago, they were trading at $5.65.
