CARSON, Calif. (AP) — U.S. Auto Parts Network Inc. (PRTS) on Thursday reported a loss of $4.1 million in its fourth quarter.

The Carson, California-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax expenses, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The online auto parts retailer posted revenue of $68.5 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $1.95. A year ago, they were trading at $3.22.
