The Sandy Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing at the request of the applicant Derik Day of 2524 Wayne Road, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. The applicant is requesting a Use by Special Exception for Two-Family Dwellings and Multi-Family Dwellings for the landowner, Derik and Ashley Day. The property is adjacent to Central Christian Road in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.

The property is zoned R-1 (Residential High Density District). The request for a Use by Special Exception under the Code Of The Township Of Sandy, Chapter 27 (Zoning), Part 3 (District Regulations), Table 306 (Zoning Districts) & 307 (Lot Yard and Height Requirements), Section 27-308.2.F. (Two-Family Dwelling, Multi Family Dwellings).

The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Sandy Township Municipal Building located at 1094 Chestnut Avenue, DuBois, PA 15801
