BROOKVILLE — Friday (February 7) is the last day to sign up to attend a free seminar hosted by the Jefferson County Conservation District for the public to learn more about conservation efforts.
The seminar will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, at the Conservation Center on Route 28, north of Brookville.
Topics will include riparian buffers, erosion and sediment control, permitting, basic wetland identification, and well and spring protection.
Refreshments will be served.
