SUMMERVILLE — The annual Summerville Community Labor Day Festival will be held on Monday, September 5.

The parade will kick everything off at 10:30 a.m. The parade will line up on Water Street, proceed across the bridge and finish at the Firemen’s Park. Registration for the parade will begin at 9 a.m. at the church of Christ parking lot.

Several events will be held at the park, including bingo, children’s games, DJ, car cruise in, and a corn hole tournament. Car show winners will be announced at 3:30 p.m.

Food will be available including the annual BBQ chicken dinner which will begin at 11 a.m.

All proceeds benefit the Summerville Volunteer Firemen’s Association or the Summerville Public Library.
