BROOKVILLE — District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak recently presided over preliminary hearings and other proceedings in District Court 54-3-03 in Brookville. Following are the results of those hearings and procedures.

Preliminary hearings

Scott E. Lamb, New Bethlehem, charged with bad checks and theft by deception. The defendant failed to appear for his hearing and warrant was issued.

Daniel K. Hopkins, JCJ, is charged with corrupt organizations, conspiring to manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver (two counts), manufacture, delivery of possession with intent to manufacture (18 counts). Bail was $300,000.

Larry J. Dean, JCJ, is charged with corrupt organizations, conspiring to manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver (two counts), manufacture, possession with intent to manufacture (18 counts). Bail was $250,000.

Jessica L. Caldarelli, Penfield, is charged with possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver, the use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle while driving privileges were suspended. The defendant failed to appear for her preliminary hearing and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jesse D. Kuhn, DuBois, is charged with driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, the use of drug paraphernalia and Driving under the Influence (DUI). The defendant failed to appear for his hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The following defendants waived their right to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.

Kimberly R. Frey, Brookville, charged with the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000.

Traa Wagner, Clarion County Jail, is charged with bad checks, (4 counts), theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and retail theft. Bail is $50,000.

Christopher Allen Nemes, North Huntingdon, is charged with DUI, off-roading, operation on streets and highways. Bail was set at $10,000.

Rodney N. Allshouse, Jr., Brookville, is charged with simple assault and harassment. Bail is set at $20,000.

Jenni E. Allshouse, is charged with simple assault and harassment. Bail was $20,000.

Casey J. Sussman, Half Moon, CA., is charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance be a person not registered, marijuana small amount and use or possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violations. Bail is set at $30,000.

Ashley N. Aaron, Brookville, is charged with criminal trespass, breaking into a structure and burglary. Bail is set at $30,000.

Nathan L. Gricks, DuBois, is charged with the use or possession of drug paraphernalia (7 counts). Bail is set at $10,000.

Corey E. Heatherdale, DuBois, charged with DUI and failure to keep right. Bail is set at $10,000.

Rodrick R. Burns, Pittsburgh, charged with DUI, driving while privileges were revoked and traffic violations. Bail was set at $10,000.

Tammy M. Smiley, Falls Creek, charged with conspiring to manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (2 counts), and the manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (2 counts). Bail is $50,000.

Michael E. Wolfgang, State Correctional Institution, Camp Hill, charged with conspiracy to manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (two counts), possession with he intent to manufacture or deliver (4 counts). Bail is $80,000.

Daniel J. Rhoades, JCJ, charged with criminal trespass, breaking into a structure and burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.

Chad M. Wiant, Brookville, charged with harassment. Bail was $10,000.

Valerie N. Mayhew, Clarington, is charged with harassment. Bail was $10,000.

Tabitha Moore, Brookville, charged with forgery (15 counts) and bad checks (15 counts). Bail is set at $10,000.

Vincent M. Foringer, DuBois, charged with DUI, purchasing alcohol by a minor, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and traffic violations. Bail was $10,000.

Paul L. Himes, Brockway, is charged with retail theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Steven W. Brown, JCJ, is charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of a government function and disorderly conduct (2 counts). Bail was set at $20,000.

Kevin E. Thrush, Brookville, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $50,000.

Lindo Rocky Cristini, Summerville, is charged with stalking (2 counts), harassment, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment (2 counts). Bail was set at $20,000.

Eric D. Copen, Brookville, charged with DUI and traffic offenses. Bail was set at $10,000.

Stephan K. Dempsey, Brookville, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and traffic violations. Bail was set at $10,000.

Bryce A. Ferrara, JCJ, is charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (4 counts), possession of a controlled substance by a person not regulated, marijuana, small amount, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, careless driving, recklessly and traffic violations. Bail is set at $100,000.

Brandon L. Peters, Reynoldsville, charged with DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and motor vehicle code violations. Bail was set at $10,000.

Matthew J. Watson, JCJ, charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver. (2 counts). Bail was set at $50,000.

Shane D. Porrin, JCJ, is charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (2 counts). Bail was set at $75,000.

Matthew J. Watson, JCJ, is charged with the manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (2 counts). Bail is set at $50,000.

Dale L. Hanlin, Jr., JCJ, is charged with corrupt organizations, conspiring to manufacture, deliver or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (2 counts), manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver (7 counts), Bail is set at $250,000.

Daniel J. Rhoades, JCJ,charged with burglary, defiant trespass, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $25,000.
