Driver charged with vehicular homicide

RURAL VALLEY - Homicide by motor vehicle charges stemming from a Distant-area crash last September that claimed the life of a DuBois woman were filed Friday in Armstrong County.
Richard Louis Sickeri, 43, of DuBois, was placed in Armstrong County Jail on charges of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
