Former elections director returns to Clarion County

CLARION - A face once familiar in the halls of the Clarion County Courthouse is set to reappear in the Elections Office.
County officials yesterday (Tuesday) unanimously approved the hiring of Cindy Callihan as director of elections, a position she once held for more than 10 years in the county.
"We are very pleased to have her back," Commissioner Butch Campbell said. "She brings with her a wealth of knowledge on elections."
