Piney decision tabled; support for trail granted

CLARION - Armstrong County Conservancy Charitable Trust Executive Director Ron Steffey spoke at the Clarion County Planning Commission's Feb. 15 meeting, seeking a letter of support from the board as his organization pursues a $1.8 million Pennsylvania Infrastructure and Investment Authority grant.
The funds would be used to improve a Madison Township, Armstrong County site abutting the Armstrong Trail near the confluence of Red Bank Creek and the Allegheny River.
