'Dogs dominate Tigers in 57-13 wrestling victory

CLARION - A grand opening to Redbank Valley's dual wrestling schedule as the Bulldogs won all but three weight classes in subduing the Sharon Tigers, 57-14, in a match held before an engagement between Clarion University and Edinboro at Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium on Monday.
Not only did Redbank rack up wins in 11 weight classes, the Bulldogs earned bonus team points in nine of the individual matchups to nearly double their point total. Four pins, three forfeits, one technical fall and a major decision racked up 24 bonus points as Redbank opened its dual schedule with a big win.
