Paris Companies helps with Christmas for youth at Pentz Run

The story began in May 2017 when Paris heard through the grapevine that Pentz Run Youth Services Inc., a non-profit agency providing group home residency and emergency shelter for local adolescents, was in need of linens for the 18 beds in its facilities. Not coincidentally, Paris, the area’s largest provider of linen management services for hospitals and other health care organizations, maintains a large inventory of bed linens to service its customers. Paris has a long record of helping local organizations in need. Consequently, a gift of 36 sets of linens was made and received by Pentz Run staff and residents. This proved to be just the start of a story with a heart-warming page two as the Christmas season approached. Christmas provided another opportunity for Paris and Pentz Run to team up. Youth at Pentz Run are living away from home for certain reasons; some for shorter periods, some for longer. Paris inquired about making a monetary donation and subsequently presented a check to help fill in the Christmas lists of some of the kids who might be going without.
