BROOKVILLE — Magisterial District Judge Gregory Bazylak presided over the following preliminary hearings Nov. 21
Held for CourtSufficient evidence was established, following a preliminary hearing, to send the following case to the Jefferson Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
Valettia R. McAninch, 55, of Mayport, who is charged with DUI, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failing to carry a license, and driving an unregistered vehicle. Her bail is set at $10,000 unsecured.
Waived for CourtThe following defendants waived their right to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Paul Lewis Blair, 52, of Reynoldsville, who is charged with DUI, three counts of restriction on alcoholic beverages, and no rear lights. His bail is set at $10,000 unsecured.
- David Andrew Phillips, 46, of Punxsutawney, who is charged with simple assault and harassment. His bail is set at $10,000 unsecured.
- Timothy Forest Austin, 66, of Ludlow, who is charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and duty of driver in emergency response areas. His bail is set at $10,000 unsecured.
- David Larson, 48, of Mahaffey, who is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle. His bail is set at $10,000 unsecured.
Gregg Matthew Luttman, 37, of Brookville who is charged with terroristic threats and harassment from an Oct. 9 incident. He is also charged with aggravated assault and simple assault from an Oct. 11 incident. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
