DuBOIS — A DuBois man accused of allegedly kissing a woman in an elevator and who had been seen touching himself in public has been charged.

John Zamborsky, 60, 21 E. Long Ave., Suite 402, DuBois, is charged by DuBois police with indecent exposure and open lewdness.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Jan. 15 a woman came to police saying that while she was in the elevator of the Gateway Towers, Zamborsky kissed her in an unwanted way. The man who was with her at the time also told police he saw Zamborksy touching himself in public.

During an interview with police, Zamborsky admitted to both acts. However, he said that he kissed a different woman unwantedly in the elevator.

Zamborsky is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing Feb. 23.
