A 37-year-old DuBois man who faces charges for allegedly selling methamphetamine to undercover officers waived his right to preliminary hearings on Friday at District Judge Patrick Ford’s office in DuBois.

On Feb. 4, DuBois police charged Eric Ross Zmitravich, of 14 McClane St., DuBois, with felony counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and criminal use of communication facility; and misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident which occurred on Jan. 29.

As a result of an incident which occurred on Dec. 17, 2018, police charged Zmitravich with felony counts of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities and manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance; and misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Jan. 29, police charged him with felony counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility; and misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident which occurred on Jan. 22.

Police also charged him on Jan. 29 with felony counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility; and misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident which occurred on Jan. 16.

Zmitravich is lodged in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $22,000 bail.

Formal arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on March 6 in the annex courtroom of the Clearfield County Courthouse.
