Water rates will triple in Jay, Huston townships
WEEDVILLE - Water rates in Jay and Huston townships will triple, rising from $1.10 to $3.30 per 1,000 gallons.
The Jay Township Water Authority unanimously approved the increase Tuesday after providing an explanation of why such a large increase is needed.
