Carole Ann Murdock, 60, of Clarington, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Clarion Hospital.
Mrs. Murdock was born in Brookville on February 8, 1949. She was the daughter of Donald F. and Vinnie (McAninch) Geer. In 1970, she married David Murdock who preceded her in death in 1991.
She was employed as a bus driver by Prince George County, Maryland.
She is survived by: Two children, Michael Murdock of Anjemoy, Maryland and Lori (husband Michael) Mayhew of Prince Frederick, Maryland; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are: Two sisters, Donna Geer of Brookville and Kimberly (husband Randy) Graham of Clarington; two brothers, Rodney Geer and Brian Geer, both of Brookville and a sister-in-law, Karol Geer of Brookville and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Donald S. Geer and one sister, Cheryl J. Geer.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn with Pastor John Phillips officiating.
