LEWISBURG — After becoming the first DuBois swimmer to achieve all-state honorable mention status in last year’s PIAA Swimming Championships, Lady Beaver senior Gabi Wayne was at it again Thursday afternoon at Kinney Natatorium on the campus of Bucknell University.

HYDE — The area’s three swimming teams — DuBois, St. Marys and Brookville — competed at Clearfield’s annual Arctic Swim Classic Saturday, with the area squads coming away with five titles between the boys and girls events.
ST. MARYS — The DuBois swimming team traveled to St. Marys Monday night, with the girls and boys teams sweeping the host Dutch as both squads improved to 2-0 on the season.
The DuBois Lady Beavers wrapped up their stay at the PIAA Class AAA Swimming and Diving Championships Thursday morning by hitting the pool in their three final events at Bucknell University.
