Truck strikes gas station in South Side

NO ONE WAS HURT Tuesday morning when a tractor trailer truck hauling beer careened into the Pacific Pride gas station building at the bend in Route 28/66 in South Bethlehem. Southern Clarion County Regional Police Chief Scott Ryan said the truck, based in Atlanta, Ga., was headed south around 9:40 a.m., going too fast for the wet conditions, when the driver missed the turn and hit the building, causing significant damage to the structure. The truck was towed from the scene by Bauer Truck Repair.
