MR. AND MRS. ADAM MYERS

RIMERSBURG – Kaitlin A. Gareis became the bride of Adam W. Myers at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017, in the Jerusalem United Church of Christ in Rimersburg.

Parents of the bride are Jack and Lori Gareis of New Bethlehem.

The bridegroom is the son of John and Audrey Myers of Sligo.

The Rev. Glen Irvin and Elder Rex Munsee co-officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

The alter and piano were adorned with tropical flowers and lanterns.

Piano, flute and violin musical selections were presented by Kevin Rush, Jordonna Bowser and Stephanie Bonanno with Randy Bowser as soloist.

Escorted to the alter by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a blush fit and flare gown and carried a swag of assorted tropical flowers.

Evanne Gareis of New Bethlehem, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. She wore a knee-length mint satin and lace dress.

Ashley Reefer was also maid of honor and Deena Croyle was matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Carolyn Walker, Valerie Anthony and Jessica Gruver.

Falyn Smith of New Bethlehem and Chloe Bundy of Brookville served as flower girls.

Ring bearer for the couple was Kiptyn Smith of New Bethlehem.

Nathan Croyle of Sligo, brother-in-law of the groom, was the best man.

Ushers were Travis Anthony, Steven Rush, Brett Whitling, Zac Smith and Wesley Smith.

A reception was held at Anchor Village in Shippenville following the ceremony.

The bride is a sophomore at Penn State DuBois and works at Evermoore’s Restaurant in New Bethlehem.

The bridegroom is the owner of Adam Myers Photography and works part-time at Wein’s in Clarion.

Following a wedding trip to Walt Disney World in Florida, the couple resides in Rimersburg.
