NEW BETHLEHEM – Tia M. George became the bride of Andrew S. Yori on Saturday, August 12, 2017, in an outside ceremony at the First Church of God in New Bethlehem with the Rev. Randy Hopper presiding.
Parents of the bride are Robert and Krista George of New Bethlehem.
The bridegroom is the son of Melvin and DeAnna Yori of West Freedom.
Escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory lace gown and carried a bouquet of sunflowers with navy blue roses.
Darian Gruver of New Bethlehem, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Brianna George of New Bethlehem, sister of the bride, Morgan Smith of Punxsutawney, friend of the bride, Ashley Mangiantini of Mayport, friend of the bride and Sasha Dolby of Limestone, sister of the groom.
Kaven Hornberger of Hawthorn, friend of the groom, served as best man.
Tanner Yori of West Freedom, brother of the groom, Ty Buchleitner of New Bethlehem, friend of the groom, Drake Bowersox of Newport News, Va., friend of the groom, and Donnie Brown of New Bethlehem, friend of the groom, all served as groomsmen.
Kora Yori, daughter of the bride and groom, was the flower girl.
A reception was held at the Hawthorn Fire Hall.
The bride is a 2014 graduate of Redbank Valley High School, and is currently a senior at Clarion University of Pennsylvania majoring in early childhood and special education.
The bridegroom is a 2012 graduate of Redbank Valley High School.
Following a trip to Sandusky, Ohio, the couple reside in New Bethlehem.
