Caitlin Marie Uplinger and Jeremy Grant Hauptner of Brockway, Pa., were united in marriage on October, 20, 2018, by Monsignor Charles Kaza at St. Tobias Catholic Church in Brockway, Pa.
She is the daughter of Jon and Connie Martini and Mark Uplinger and Erica Work of Brockway. He is the son of Ned and Mandy Hauptner of Brockway.
The bride chose her sister, Cassie Kovac of Sharon, Pa., and friend, Amanda Santaniello of Brockway, Pa., as matrons of honor.
Bridesmaids included: Jennifer Elkin, sister of the groom, of DuBois, Pa.; Maria Miksich, cousin of the bride, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and Becky Verne, friend of the bride, of Brockway, Pa.
The groom chose his friend, John Galchik, of Tulsa, Okla., as best man.
Ring bearer was Dominic Elkin, nephew of the groom, of DuBois, Pa.
Groomsmen included: John Carlson III, friend of the groom, of Brockway, Pa.; Andrew Elkin, brother-in-law of the groom, of DuBois, Pa.; Kyle Hauptner, brother of the groom, of DuBois, Pa.; and Tim Smith, friend of the groom, of Brockway, Pa.
The wedding reception was held at The Royal Inn in Ridgway, Pennsylvania.
The bride is a 2013 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation sciences/human services. She is currently employed as a caseworker with SAM, Inc. in Brookville, Pa.
The groom is a graduate of Brockway Area High School. He served in the United States Army for five years; serving in South Korea and was a former Military Police Officer stationed at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, Ariz. He is currently employed as crew leader in the shipping department for Owens Illinois in Crenshaw, Pa.
The couple went on a honeymoon to Lake Placid in New York following their wedding.
The couple currently reside in Brockway, Pa.
