PITTSBURGH — Christa Rittenhouse and Michael Hassan of Pittsburgh were united in marriage June 9, 2018, by Father David Foradori at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in State College.
She is the daughter of Denny and Gaye Rittenhouse, of White Oak, Pa. He is the son of Mike and Julie Hassan, of DuBois, Pa.
The bride chose her sister, Alyssa Rittenhouse, of Baldwin, Pa., as her maid of honor.
Bridesmaids included: Carley Painter, of North Huntingdon, Pa.; Marla Korpar of Paonia, Colo.; Kaylee Stewart of Pittsburgh, Pa.; Danielle Cole of Monroeville, Pa.; Mindi Agona of Jeanette, Pa.; and Megan Hassan of Fairfax, Va.
The flower girl was Laura Welch of Cranberry, Pa.
Max Moclock of Charlotte, N.C., performed the duties of best man.
Dominic Varacallo Jr. of DuBois, Pa. was the ring bearer.

The bride is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in industrial engineering. She works for Accenture as a management consultant.
The groom is a graduate of Penn State University with dual degrees in marketing and advertising/public relations and a minor in information systems management. He is employed with Cerner Corporation as a systems implementation consultant.
The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at Sandals, St. Lucia.
