BROCKPORT — Brittany Hindman and Toby Starr were united in marriage May 13, 2017, at the Treasure Lake Gazebo by Kevin Bockus.
She is the daughter of Dale and Coleen Hindman, of Brockway. He is the son of Michael Starr, of Brockport, and Faith Starr, of Brockway.
The bride chose her sister, Christy Lyle, of Brockway, as her matron of honor.
Bridesmaids included: Katelyn Luke, of Brockway; Allison Faulk, of Brockway; Shannon Hindman, sister-in-law of the bride, of Brockway; Sarah Siverling, of Penfield, and Taylor Rippey, of Davenport, Fla.
Bristol Lyle, niece of bride, of Brockway, and Lyra Burns, of Brockway, were the flower girls.
Ryan Slack, of Treasure Lake, performed the duties of best man.
Gunnar, the couple’s dog, served as the ring bearer.
Groomsmen included: Garrett Malmgren, of DuBois; Zachary Lyle, brother-in-law of the bride, of Brockway; Brian Hindman, brother of the bride, of Brockway; Matthew Taylor, of Brockway, and Nicholas Mancuso, of Brockway.
A reception was held at the Lakeview Lodge, Treasure Lake.
The bride graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with an associate’s degree and in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree. She is currently attending Walden University, and plans to graduate in May 2018 with a master’s degree as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. She is employed as a registered nurse at Penn Highlands DuBois in the Intensive Care Unit.
The groom is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is employed at Owens-Illinois in Brockway.
Following a honeymoon trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, the couple are residing in Brockway.
