BROCKWAY — Lesley Ann Swintek and Richard Andrew Martini were united in marriage April 23, 20l6, at St. Tobias Catholic Church by the Rev. Msg. Charles Kaza.
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Swintek, of Brockway. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Martini, of Brockway.
The bride chose her brother, Lucas Swintek, of Hollidaysburg, as her man of honor.
Bridesmaids were Rebecca Swintek, sister-in-law of the bride, Hollidaysburg; Amanda Baker, cousin of the bride, Brockway; Shannon Haag, future sister-in-law of the bride, Reynoldsville; Megan Bussard, Brockway; Nicole Werwie, DuBois; Megan Hoover, DuBois; and Kristin Schwartz, Pittsburgh.
Tessa and Layla Shaffer, nieces of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid and flower girl.
Ryan Martini, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Kimberly Shaffer, sister of the groom, served as groomsmaid.
Groomsmen included: Robert Shaffer, brother-in-law of the groom, DuBois; Matthew Taylor, Pittsburgh; Joshua Inzana, Falls Creek; Joseph Antonuccio, Brockway; and Nicholas Mancuso, Brockway.
Jacob and Carter Pearce, nephews of the groom, served as junior groomsman and ring bearer.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Gannon University, Erie, with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and earned a School Nurse Certification from Slippery Rock University. She is employed at the Brockway Area School District as the school nurse.
The groom is a 2010 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a K-12 Health and Physical Education Certification. He is employed at DuBois Central Catholic Schools as the athletic director and is a health and physical education teacher.
Following a honeymoon trip through New England and Martha’s Vineyard, they are residing in Brockway.
