DuBOIS — Jenny Hauptner, of Brockway, and Andrew Elkin, of Punxsutawney, were united in marriage Sept. 13, 2014, at Moorhead United Methodist Church in Brockway by Pastor Bob Trask.
She is the daughter of Ned and Mandy Hauptner, of Brockway. He is the son of Steven Elkin, of Nazareth, Pa., and formerly of Smicksburg, and Mary Beth Mills, of Punxsutawney.
The bride chose Brenna Feldman, of Brockway, as her maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were: Amber Lawson, of DuBois, Hannah Beckett, the groom’s step-sister, of Lakewood, Ohio; and Dawn Skunda, of Reynoldsville.
Molly Elkin, the groom’s daughter, of Reynoldsville, was the flower girl.
Pat Richardson, of Reynoldsville, performed the duties of best man.
Groomsmen were: Jeremy Hauptner, the bride’s brother, of Brockway; Kyle Hauptner, the bride’s brother, of DuBois; Lee Elkin, the groom’s brother, of Munich, Germany; and Chuck Beckett, the groom’s step-brother, of Lakewood, Ohio.
A reception was held at Brockwayville Depot.
The bride graduated from Jeff Tech in 2006 and from Kaplan University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice-computer crime. She is employed for Penn Highlands Healthcare, DuBois, as a clinical quality value analyst/buyer.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Punxsutawney High School and is employed at C&S Wholesale, DuBois.
Following a honeymoon trip to Old Orchard Beach, Maine, the couple are living in DuBois.
