PUNXSUTAWNEY — Hailee Marie Pifer and Luke Allen Fillhart were united in marriage Sept. 12, 2015, at the Church of the Resurrection in Rossiter by the Rev. Fr. Anthony Klimko and Pastor James Fillhart, the groom’s father.

She is the daughter of Alan and Michele Pifer, of Punxsutawney. He is the son of James and Susan Fillhart, also of Punxsutawney.

The bride chose her sisters, Paige Thompson, of Reynoldsville, and Brandi Defelice, of Harrisburg, to be her matrons of honor.

Bridesmaids included: Markie Burkett, of Louisburg, Kan.; Jenna Fillhart, sister of the groom, of Punxsutawney; Karri Bish, of Rochester Mills; Veronica Schoening, of Punxsutawney; Cassy Fugate of Punxsutawney; Kelsey Acre, of Punxsutawney; and Malinda Fillhart, sister-in-law of the groom, of Punxsutawney.

Flower girls were: Averie and Kenlie Defelice, nieces of the bride, of Harrisburg, and Makable Fillhart, niece of the groom, of Punxsutawney; and Paityn Thompson, niece of the bride, of Reynoldsville.

Jakob Fillhart, brother of the groom, and Eric Davis, both of Punxsutawney, shared the duties of best man.

Ushers included: Derek Kerr, cousin of the groom, of Reynoldsville; William Ellermeyer, of Maryland; and Justin Kerr, cousin of the groom, of Punxsutawney.

Groomsmen were: Shane Kerr, cousin of the groom, of Punxsutawney; Lance Thompson, brother-in-law of the bride, of Reynoldsville; Chase Defelice, brother-in-law of the bride, of Harrisburg; and Steven Turner, of Mahaffey.

Carter and Parker Defelice, nephews of the bride, of Harrisburg, were the ring bearers.

A reception was held at the DuBois Country Club.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Punxsutawney High School and a 2011 graduate of Lock Haven with an associate degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Punxsutawney Home Health Care/Med Express Urgent Care in DuBois and as a waitress at Mary’s Place in Punxsutawney.

The groom is a 2010 graduate of Punxsutawney High School and a 2012 graduate of Triangle Tech. He is employed as a welder at Forum Energy in Clearfield.

Following a honeymoon trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple are living in Punxsutawney.
