ANITA — William and Janice Foster announce the engagement of their daughter, Justine Marie Foster, to Derek Anthony Toven, both of Anita. He is the grandson of Elizabeth Pape of Anita.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School, and a 2011 graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a 2014 graduate of LHU with a master’s degree in the physician assistant program. She is employed as a physician assistant at Clearfield-Jefferson Primary Care Associates.
Her finance´ is a 2006 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School and is currently enrolled at DuBois Business College, majoring in information systems support technician.
A June 20, 2015, wedding is planned.
