Brookville’s Owen Reinsel tilts Port Allegany’s Chase Weimer not long before pinning him in the first period of their 120-pound D9 finals bout last year. Reinsel, headed to Lehigh University next fall, owns 99 career wins, three D-9 titles and two fourth-place state medals going into the season.
